Support

Fathom Reach is made by Feldsparc. If something is broken, unclear, or unfair, tell us and we will look at it.

Reach us

Email feldsparc@pm.me. We aim to reply within five business days.

The fastest route for a bug is the feedback form inside the game, under Settings. It sends the screen you were on, your app version, and your platform along with your note, which saves us a round of questions. It sends nothing until you press Send, and it never attaches your save file.

Tell us your platform, your rig name, and what you were doing when it went wrong. If the game crashed or a dive behaved strangely, say which dive and roughly when. We can often reproduce a run from that.

Common questions

I bought the full unlock and it is not showing. Open Settings and choose Restore Purchase. Your unlock is held by Apple or Google, so it survives a reinstall and follows you to a new device once you sign in with the same store account. If restore does not bring it back, email us with the store you bought on and the date.

I am moving to a new device. On your old device, open Settings and generate an account link code. It is good for ten minutes and can be used once. Enter it on the new device while signed in to your platform account, and your progress moves across. You cannot link an account during a dive, so finish or abandon the run first.

I lost my progress. If you played online, your progress is on our side and signing back in should restore it. If you played offline on desktop, the save is on your machine and we have no copy of it.

Ranked has no opponents. Ranked matches you against real players near your rating. When nobody is in range it says so rather than inventing an opponent. Try again later or push your rating in solo play first.

The game will not go online. Solo play on desktop runs without a connection. Ranked play and the metered free tier on mobile need one. If you are connected and the game still cannot reach us, we may be down for maintenance; the game will say so when it can tell.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us. Use Steam’s refund page, Apple’s Report a Problem, or Google Play’s refund request. If a purchase failed but you were still charged, email us and we will confirm what our records show so you can take it to the store.

Privacy and your data

Our privacy policy covers what we store and why.

To delete your account and everything attached to it, open Settings in the game and choose Delete All Progress, or request deletion from the web.
